GENERAL NOTES
When making a booking, please use the booking form & note that any extras required (TV, pets, etc) must be included, as the items may not be available on arrival. A number of units that don’t allow pets & smokers are available upon request.
IMPORTANT
All visitors are requested to supply their own linen. Duvet quilts or blankets are provided in every unit, but, Duvet covers and/or bed sheets & pillowcases must be provided by the visitor in every case. Electricity is charged by slot meter (£1.00 coins). Televisions are available for hire, but are included in bungalows, Drawbridge, Royal belvedere & Oriel caravans. From time to time our television reception is affected by atmospheric pressure, a situation which is, of course, beyond our control.
PETS
Are welcome by prior arrangement only. Please ensure that they have been entered on both parts of your booking form. Failure to do so could jeopardise your booking. Pets must be kept on a lead within the park and must be taken for frequent exercise outside the park boundaries. Pets must not be allowed on beds or upholstery and must never be left unattended. A surcharge of £25.00 per week is made for each pet. Pet owners are expected to make a special effort to remove all traces of hair etc on their departure. Pet rules must be strictly adhered to.
