Cove Holiday Park is a tranquil, relaxing holiday park, nestling in cliffs overlooking the sea. It rests in a quiet cove steeped in history from Viking invaders, through pirate raids, the Armada, kings and queens of England and great statesmen and writers. Situated in the Pennsylvania Castle Estate, it is overlooked by the Castle, which was built in 1790 by John Penn, the grandson of William Penn who founded Pennsylvania USA.
The Park has easy access to explore Portland and the famous Jurassic Coast and UNESCO World Heritage site. It is just five minutes from the Olympic Sailing Academy, which means you can enjoy the benefits of sailing in Olympic-standard waters with facilities to match. If you prefer diving or fishing or just quiet walks along dramatic coastline, it is all on your doorstep.
After many years, the Park was sold in January 2014 to the owners of Pennsylvania Castle. There are now new lodges and bungalows, and the latest caravans, mixed with traditional caravans. We don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all holiday park; we prefer to try to match your needs to the right type of caravan.
Sally and the team are on hand to help with any questions on arrival, and Paul and Michelle, our on-site wardens, are available any time of day to assist you.
