STANDARD PITCHES = £2,205.00+ VAT
STANDARD Plus PITCHES = £2,310.00+ VAT
SUPERIOR PITCHES = £2,520.00+ VAT
SUPERIOR PLUS PITCHES = £2,625.00+ VAT
PREMIER PITCHES = £2,835.00+ VAT
PREMIER PLUS PITCHES = £3,150.00+ VAT
Rates are payable in arrears generally invoiced in October (Approx £525.00)
Electric is on a slot meter which accepts £1.00 coins.
Gas is bottled and costs approx £55.00 for a 47kg bottle fitted.
Insurance is advisable. If you sub-let then public liability insurance is compulsory
A Gas landlord's certificate is compulsory and costs approx £55.00 per year.
Television licenses vary from person to person, according to the intended use of the holiday home.
Electric P.A.T test and circuit test optional (unless you let when it becomes compulsory).
